These flavoursome fish cakes are made using white fish and a selection of Cambodian herbs and spices, such as lemongrass, galanga, finger roots and lime leaves (many of which are organically grown and freshly picked from the AMOK team gardens). These pan-fried cakes come with a handmade sweet chilli sauce for dipping. They’re perfect for banquets, cocktail events and lunch boxes.
