Rainbow Cake

Nom Chak Chan

Each of the 6-9 layers of this rainbow cake is carefully crafted from a combination of rice flour, tapioca flour, coconut cream, coconut juice and a pinch of palm sugar. The mixture is the infused with a different natural extract – rosewater (pink), coconut (white) or pandan leaf extract (green) and steamed to perfection.
